Main Article Content
Abstract
The curricula of university careers are responsible for the training of professionals who must be able to assume the modes of action in correspondence with the social responsibility they must carry out. Hence the need to conceive from the curricular design of subjects that allow the mastery of modes of action with greater prominence, labor practices being a way to achieve it. Therefore, the objective of the research is declared to demonstrate how the labor practice is a way to achieve mastery of the modes of action in the Civil Engineering career at the University of Matanzas. In order to comply with the general objective, an analysis of what was stated by different authors with respect to the theory related to labor practice was necessary, which helped in the elaboration of a Methodological Guide which contains four fundamental documents: Work agreement between the university and the entity where the Labor Practice is carried out, Methodological Guide for students and professors and Methodological Guide for tutors and directors of labor entities and the Methodological Guide for the evaluation and control of Labor Practice.
